Direct search in manufacturing and mechanical engineering
We look for machine setters, CNC programmers, welders, manufacturing engineers, foremen and production managers. We approach them directly, because good people in production have a job and do not read job ads.
Why these roles are hard to fill
An experienced machine setter or CNC programmer is hard for a company to replace. They are not actively looking for a job. When they do consider a change, they decide based on the specific machines, the shift pattern, the commute and the people they will work with. A general ad such as “CNC operator wanted” will not reach them.
It is similar with leadership roles in production. A foreman or production manager who can lead people and also understands the technology is rarely available on the market. These people need to be found and approached, and they need to hear why a change makes sense for them.
How we work
We translate your brief into the language of the market: which machines and control systems, what type of production (single-piece or series), what tolerances and what shift pattern. Based on this, we search in companies where the same work is actually done, and we give candidates concrete reasons to talk to you.
- We translate your brief into the language of the market: the real content of the job, the team, the conditions and what makes the role interesting.
- We map the companies and positions where suitable people work today.
- We approach them directly, including people who are not actively looking for a job.
- We present a shortlist with a comment on each candidate: why they match, their motivation, availability and expectations.
We usually present the first candidates matched to your brief within 10 days of the moment we agree on the role profile together. A named consultant is responsible for each search.
