Direct search in logistics and procurement

We look for buyers and procurement managers, project buyers, category managers, logistics specialists, dispatchers and logistics process analysts.

A good buyer knows the supplier market, can negotiate and often speaks another language. The company keeps them, because they have costs under their control.

In logistics, knowledge of specific processes and systems is what matters. A general “buyer” or “logistics specialist” profile covers very different jobs, so a job ad attracts mostly responses that do not fit.

We clarify whether it is strategic, operational or project procurement, which material category, which language and which systems. We search in companies with a similar type of procurement and suppliers.

1. We translate your brief into the language of the market: the real content of the job, the team, the conditions and what makes the role interesting.
2. We map the companies and positions where suitable people work today.
3. We approach them directly, including people who are not actively looking for a job.
4. We present a shortlist with a comment on each candidate: why they match, their motivation, availability and expectations.

We usually present the first candidates matched to your brief within 10 days of the moment we agree on the role profile together. A named consultant is responsible for each search.
