What does Sintera Czech do?
Sintera is a recruitment consultancy that specialises in direct search (direct and executive search). It approaches specialists and managers directly who have a job, are not looking for one and usually do not respond to job ads.
In which fields does Sintera find people?
Manufacturing and mechanical engineering, automotive, engineering and design, quality and testing, electrical engineering and automation, logistics and procurement, service and maintenance, projects and construction, IT and SAP in manufacturing companies, finance, HR, sales and management. Do you only fill management positions?
No. A large part of our work is skilled trade, production and technical roles: CNC programmers and CNC machine operators, machine setters, milling operators, welders, fitters, toolmakers, electromechanics and maintenance technicians. We also fill roles for quality engineers, design engineers, manufacturing engineers, PLC programmers and other specialists. We fill foremen, production manager and director roles too.
Do you also find CNC programmers, machine setters and welders?
Yes. We regularly fill roles for CNC programmers, CNC milling operators, horizontal boring machine operators, setters of CNC lathes and vertical lathes, welders, machine fitters and toolmakers, across the whole Czech Republic. In which regions do you work?
Across the whole Czech Republic and in other countries of the European Union, for example Germany and Poland. We look for sales managers or site managers for Germany, and for people who speak German or Polish for Czech companies.
How quickly will you present the first candidates?
Usually within 10 days of the moment we agree on the role profile together. The candidates are matched to your brief.
Do you also do executive and top management search?
Yes. We fill specialist, management and top management roles, including demanding and highly specialised ones.
How are you different from a standard recruitment agency?
We do not wait for responses to job ads. We search for suitable candidates and approach them directly, including people outside the active job market. Instead of a large number of CVs, we present a shortlist with context on why it makes sense to talk to each candidate.
How does the cooperation work?
In four steps: we map the market, approach specific people directly, assess them and add context, and present only the candidates it makes sense to talk to. A named consultant is responsible for each search.
Do you have references and proven results?
Yes. Sintera works with more than 130 manufacturing and engineering companies and has more than 100 documented references. We will send an extended selection of references to your company e-mail address.
Who is responsible for the search?
A named consultant who knows your brief and the market. You do not deal with an anonymous process.
Can we work with you in English?
Yes. We work with international clients in English. You can send the brief in English, and we will communicate with you in English.
